Brian grew up in Concord, North Carolina and has lived and worked in the Charlotte Metro area for over 45 years. After graduating from Western Carolina University in 1998, he decided to forego the Major League Baseball draft (Redsox-1998) and instead, attended Campbell Law School where he received a joint JD/MBA degree in 2001. As a real estate lawyer, Brian has a unique understanding of all the many complexities of real estate transactions and has counseled over 10,000 home buyers and sellers. Now he applies his real estate legal experience to represent buyers and sellers of real estate from the very beginning of the transaction all the way through to closing. Brian is also a Court appointed Commissioner, which allows him to represent all different types of judicial sales from estate, incompetency and partition actions.
