Joelle Fontaine
With a dynamic background in real estate, finance, and hospitality, Joelle Fontaine brings a well-rounded and client-focused approach to every transaction. Originally from Wilson, North Carolina, Joelle earned her degree in Hospitality Management with a Business Minor from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia in 2019. Her career began in the hospitality industry,
where she honed her organizational and client service skills as a Sales Coordinator for weddings, conferences, and corporate events.
In 2020, Joelle followed her passion for helping people and transitioned into real estate, where she quickly made an impact—guiding buyers, sellers, and investors through successful transactions. Her dedication and leadership were recognized when she was named one of Lynchburg Business “Millennials on the Move” in 2021.
After relocating to Charlotte in 2022, Joelle broadened her professional expertise with roles in the financial sector, serving as a Retirement Specialist at Vanguard and later as an Estate Financial Advisor at UBS. This unique combination of real estate and financial insight allows her to provide a more strategic perspective to her clients.
Now returning full-time to real estate, Joelle is excited to leverage her diverse skill set to help individuals and families navigate the Charlotte market with confidence. She and her husband, Maxwell Fontaine, are active real estate investors themselves, with experience in both rental properties and new construction development.
When she’s not working with clients, Joelle enjoys exploring Charlotte’s greenways, hiking local trails, and discovering new restaurants throughout the city.
